1. Acceptance

By using SkinView, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app, website, or related services.

2. Service

SkinView provides AI-assisted skincare guidance, visible skin signal review, routine support, product guidance, and progress tracking. Features may change as the product evolves.

3. Not Medical Advice

SkinView is for informational skincare guidance only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.

  • The app does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.
  • AI outputs and scan insights may be inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Consult a licensed clinician or dermatologist for medical skin concerns.
  • Patch test new skincare products and follow product instructions.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Use the service only for lawful and intended purposes.
  • Provide accurate account and onboarding information.
  • Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
  • Do not reverse engineer, abuse, or disrupt the service.
  • Keep your account credentials secure.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of photos, answers, and other content you submit. You grant SkinView a limited license to host, store, process, and transmit that content solely to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the service.

6. Subscriptions

Some features may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are billed by Apple and renew unless canceled according to Apple's subscription rules. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.

7. Apple App Store

If you download the app from the Apple App Store, these Terms are between you and SkinView, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, and Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkinView is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including damages related to reliance on AI output, skincare decisions, product reactions, or inability to use the service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
